The upcoming movie should be a treat for Dragon Ball Z fans, but it's really the cherry on top of the " Dragon Ball Xenoverse isn't being shut down" sundae.DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE revisits famous battles from the series through your custom Avatar, who fights alongside Trunks and many other characters. After Goku and company fought against Beerus and his master Whis, peace has returned to our lonely planet and for all the inhabitants.
After squaring off with Beerus, the God of Destruction, our hero Goku finds that he can now make use of the "Super Saiyan God" form, which actually comes in multiple stages. Without spoiling much of the film, it revealed the Super Saiyan God form for Goku, which we're seeing a whole lot more of in this new movie. Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F picks right up where Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods left off. It's good that there's nothing going on with Dragon Ball Xenoverse, though, especially since the latest film, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F is entering theaters next week in the US. Gamewise, it plays a lot like its distant cousins Dragon Ball Z Budokai and the lot, except battles take place in an open 3D environment rather than the face-to-face brawls that fans might be used to. You can even play as the new Super Saiyan God version of Goku as seen in the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F films.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse is an exciting fighter with tons of different characters from the Dragon Ball Z universe, even though it can absolutely feel quite fiddly.
